Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Overview

PicFetch AI operates on a SaaS subscription model offering monthly studio storage plans and top-up add-ons to professional photographers and studios. We believe in fair, transparent, and prompt resolution of billing inquiries.

2. Subscriptions & Storage Top-Ups

• Base Subscription: Offered at ₹350 per month for 100 GB storage, on an on-demand voluntary recharge model. Auto-renewal is not mandatory.
• Storage Add-Ons: Extra storage top-up packs (+100 GB for ₹299) are valid for 30 days and require an active Base Plan.
• Free Trial Event: New studios can test all features with one free trial event with 5 GB storage and 15 days of AI face search before making any financial commitment.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy After Media Processing

PicFetch AI provisions high-performance GPU/CPU inference, vector indexing, and zero-egress Cloudflare R2 cloud storage immediately upon photo upload. Because these cloud computing and AI model inference costs are incurred immediately:

4. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Accidental Duplicate Charges: If an account is billed multiple times for the same subscription period due to a payment gateway timeout or glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full.
• Zero-Usage Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a studio purchases a base subscription or storage pack and has uploaded ZERO photos, a refund request submitted within 24 hours of payment will be honored minus payment gateway processing fees (~2%).
• Catastrophic Platform Outage: An unforeseen, prolonged total infrastructure failure preventing photo delivery that our engineering team cannot resolve.

5. Refund Process & Chargeback Policy

To request a duplicate charge review, email billing@picfetch.in within 48 hours of the transaction with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.

*Note: Filing an illegitimate payment dispute or bank chargeback after event photos have been processed or downloaded will result in immediate termination of the studio account, deletion of event galleries, and permanent blacklisting of associated UPI handles.
